Fundamentals of Ashtanga Yoga with Nathalie Daou
3-Week Course
Date: 2 hours each session
Includes 2 Mysore classes per week.
In this 3-week course we will dive into the fundamentals of the Ashtanga Yoga
method, exploring asanas, breathing, as well as the philosophical aspect of
the practice.

Ashtanga Yoga is an energetic and dynamic form of yoga. Movement is
synchronised with rhythmic breathing as you progress through a set series of
therapeutic yoga postures.
In each 2-hour session you will learn and move step by step through the
fundamental postures of the Ashtanga Yoga primary series sequence, with
detailed instructions, tips and techniques to enhance and strengthen your
practice. By the end of the course you will have the knowledge and
confidence to join the Mysore class, allowing you to take the first steps
towards cultivating your own self-practice. Mysore Style is considered the
safest way for a student of any level to learn yoga.
This course is suitable for complete beginners as well as students who have
taken guided Ashtanga classes/or other types of Yoga class before, but who
now wish to develop their practice.
